Once your order is successfully placed, our team begins processing it immediately.

Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: 1–3 working days

  • Bulk / Wholesale Orders: 3–7 working days

  • Customised Packaging Orders: 5–10 working days

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Across India

  • 3–7 Business Days

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

Free Shipping

5. Order Tracking

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make up to three delivery attempts.

To avoid delivery issues, customers are requested to:

  • Share a valid mobile number

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package

If the package is returned due to incorrect address details or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner for investigation.

  • Resolution timelines may vary depending on courier verification processes.

For B2B, private labeling, export, distributor, and wholesale orders:

  • Shipping timelines may vary depending on production schedules.
