1. Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately with your Order ID.
If the order has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be processed.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Customers may refuse delivery; however, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refundable amount, if applicable.
2. Return Policy
Due to the nature of food products, spices, dehydrated powders, and consumable goods, we generally do not accept returns once products have been delivered.
This policy helps us maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Returns may only be accepted in the following cases:

3. Reporting a Problem
If you experience any issue with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
4. Missing Products
If any item is missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with:

After verification, we will either:

Issue an appropriate refund or store credit.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

6. Refund Process
Once a refund request is approved:

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods.

8. Bulk & Wholesale
All B2B, wholesale, distributor, and private-label orders are non-refundable once production or dispatch has commenced.
Any concerns regarding bulk orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
